Home Prices in Silicon Valley

Home prices go up this year in Silicon Valley.

The median prices of single-family houses sold in May are as following, according to Research Firm DataQuick.
It's really surprise!
- Palo Alto: $1.6 million (20% up from last year)
- Mountain View: $957,500 (3.1% up)
- Cupertino: $1.08 million (12% up)
- Saratoga: $1.62 million (4.7% up)

On the other hand, headquarters of IT (or high tech) companies are in following cities.
- Palo Alto: Facebook (will move to Menlo Park), HP, Tesla, VMware
- Mountain View: Google, LinkedIn, Symantec, Intuit, Evernote, Loopt
- Cupertino: Apple


The home prices will continue to up to the sky around here, with lots of young rich by IPO.
